Coed Rooming Parent/Guardian Consent Form - MUST BE NOTARIZED
Please print and fill out this form if you will be sharing a room with anyone of the opposite gender. This form must be signed by all travelers in the room, their parents/guardians, and notarized in order to do coed rooming. Travelers must provide Xtreme Trips with the notarized and signed consent form before rooming lists are completed.

Bus Trips - Name Change Form
The Original Traveler and the New Traveler must fill out this form and send in both forms before XTHS can do the name change. There is a fee of $20 to do the name change; therefore, when new traveler pays the original traveler back directly they will pay them $20 less than what the original traveler put down initially.

Is the school involved in organizing and promoting Xtreme Trips?

Xtreme Trips has relationships with certain schools that organize Xtreme Trips and assist their classes in planning Xtreme Trips as their Grad Trips during summer and spring, Grad Weekend, educational tours, Bus Trips and various other types of trips and events throughout the year. We are always more than happy to assist students, parents, and/or faculty in putting together the right Xtreme Trip for their school & class. Please keep in mind, however, that most of our trips are organized as non-school sponsored trips and most schools are not allowed to promote or organize these trips. What this means is that Xtreme Trips works directly with students and/or parents to organize their class trips and provides trained staff and EMTs on the selected trip. (NOTE: If a school does promote or organize a trip, it is a school-sponsored and teacher-chaperoned trip.)

Where should I pay my deposit?

The best way to secure your spot for any of our trips is to log onto and deposit directly through our website. If you cannot sign up via our website, mail it directly to Xtreme's corporate office and always make your check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS (never mail cash!).

What is included in my Xtreme Trip?

What is the purpose of signing up so early?

Signing up early reserves your space, gives you priority on hotel options, flight times and provides you with the lowest pricing available. Incentives are also frequently offered when signing up early. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across the country. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel, flight, and cruise space. Xtreme collects deposits on a first come, first serve basis to pay for each person's spot on the trip and ensure the group receives their top destination and hotel option. Additionally, the earlier you sign up, the more time you have to make payments on your trip making the final balance easier to manage.

How do I pay for the rest of my trip?

You are able to pay your balance online by logging into your account OR by calling in your payment information to our office at 954-563-7112 opt 3 OR you can mail in your payment/final balance along with your full name so we can reference your payment. Remember to never mail cash and always make a check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS.

Why are deposits non-refundable?

Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across the nation. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel, bus, theme park event tickets, and cruise ship space. Xtreme collects deposits to pay for each person's spot on the trip. These deposits are paid to our vendors and usually become non-refundable to Xtreme once they are paid. Please always read and review the Cancellation and Refund policy located in the terms and conditions of your Xtreme Trip in order to make sure you can afford your trip and have a backup if you are unable to attend.

How do I get receipts for my deposit and final payment?

Xtreme emails an invoice (receipt) once a traveler's deposit and registration form is processed. You can access and print current invoices by logging into your online account. You can also e-mail and one of our customer service agents can assist you.

What documents are needed to get on my flight, cruise, or bus?

Xtreme requires a picture ID and a $0 balance with Xtreme for all domestic trips. A passport is required for all international destinations (Passport book if you’re flying; Passport card or book if you’re cruising.) We will provide you with any other travel documents, tickets, or information that you would need prior to your trip date.

How much spending money should I bring?

This all depends on your spending habits. Generally speaking, Xtreme suggests you bring at least $50-$70 US a day on international trips and $20-30 on domestic trips. American currency is accepted in the Bahamas. Major credit cards are accepted in the Bahamas and ATMs are also available if you need more funds.

Are meals included in my trip package?

Meals are included at your resort IF you have booked an All-Inclusive hotel package; however, for those travelers who opt to book a Standard Room, rather than an All-Inclusive package, Xtreme sometimes offers meal deals as an early booking incentive for certain packages.

How soon after I deposit can I log in to my account online at

If you register online, you can begin accessing your account online immediately.

I changed my email and lost my Login password. I forgot my password, how do I login to my account now?

If you changed your email address or lost your account login information, you need to email Xtreme at with all of your new information. Xtreme will issue you a new password and login information.

Can we purchase portions of the trip such as hotel or flight only?

This varies, please call 954-563-7112 opt 3 or email your request and we can research a hotel or flight only package for you.

What if I will not be 18 years old at the time of my trip?

Don’t worry! If you’re going on a domestic bus trip you can be 15-19 years old. If you’re attending an international Grad Trip and you will not be 18 at the time of your trip, there is just one extra thing that you will need…the U.S. government requires students under the age of 18 traveling out of the country to provide a notarized letter from both your parents/legal guardians permitting you to travel outside the U.S. Download the “Under 18 Parental Consent Form to Travel Outside the U.S.” form under the Forms & FAQ’s tab!

*Remember, if you do not bring the right documentation to the airport or port, you may not be allowed to board the ship or plane per the U.S. government and may unfortunately, have to forfeit your trip!

Parent Questions & Answers

What travel documents do the students and parents need?

For international destinations, all travelers will need a valid US Passport and for domestic travel a government issued photo ID.

Do parents or faculty have to come on the trip?

Xtreme Trips welcomes parents and faculty on every international trip but it is not required. We provide a ratio of 1:22 professionally trained staff for INTERNATIONAL trips to accompany the students. We provide a ratio of 1:15 professionally trained staff on all domestic bus trips, which parents cannot travel.

Can I purchase travel insurance for my child?

Yes. We do offer additional insurance for our international and domestic trips.

I have to cancel my students trip. Can I get a refund?

Please review the terms and conditions for the exact cancellation/refund policy for each trip.

Will my student be able to drink on this trip?

Legal drinking age in the Bahamas, Mexico, Punta Cana and the Caribbean is 18. Proper identification is required. It is expected that each traveler know their limits and respect the hotel, employees and locals. The legal drinking age at all domestic destinations is 21 and strictly enforced.

How much money should my student bring?

Each student has different spending habits. Depending on the destination and the students’ preferences, some students can spend $20-$40 per day while others can bring much more for the entire trip.

Do I have to provide transportation to the airport/port/bus stop?

The students must find their own transportation to and from their home airport/port/bus pickup location. Airport/port transfers to and from the hotel during the graduation trip are provided and staffed by Xtreme Trips. Students must meet at their pickup location for all domestic bus trips.

Is the school involved in organizing and promoting Xtreme Trips?

We assist their classes in planning an Xtreme Trip during their summer and spring breaks, educational tours and various other types of trips and events. We are always more than happy to assist students, parents, and/or faculty in putting together the right Xtreme Trip for their school & class. Please keep in mind that most of our trips are organized as non-school sponsored trips and most schools are not allowed to promote or organize these trips. This means that Xtreme Trips HS works directly with students and/or parents to organize our trips. We provide the trained staff and EMT’s on the selected trip. Is there an opportunity to have and participate in a parent information meeting?

Absolutely. Xtreme Trips’ Trip Coordinator’s host online informational meetings prior to the group’s registration deadline; however, should you miss the informational meeting, contact Xtreme Trips HS and a customer service representative would be happy to send you a link to the recorded informational meeting. We appreciate that you may have questions and concerns and want to provide you with all the necessary information regarding our trips.

Do students select their own roommates?

Xtreme travelers always select their own roommates. For senior grad trips, Xtreme promoters and organizers are required to fill out a rooming list based on the students who have paid in full and preliminary rooming is done up to 3 months prior to the trip. For our bus trips, students choose their roommates on the bus on the way up to Orlando. It is the student's responsibility to make sure they have their roommates. If the student's roommates cancel, they are responsible for finding new roommates and/or paying for price increases due to having fewer roommates than when they originally signed up. The total price of our trips is "per person" and based on a quad-occupancy room (4 paid in full travelers in a room.) Double and Triple occupancy rooming is available for an additional amount per person. Xtreme does not assume responsibility for the additional costs if student travelers do not have enough roommates.

Do you allow co-ed rooming?

Travelers under the age of 18 wishing to have co-ed roommates must each have an authorization form signed and notarized prior to the trip. They must give it to an Xtreme Manager in order to receive their room keys.

What happens if my student gets sick or hurt?

Xtreme staff will assist as much as possible to help sick or hurt travelers. Our staff is always present and we offer a 24 hour office and hotline during travel dates as well as EMT and medic staff at all destinations.

Are Xtreme staff present onsite at each destination and events?

Absolutely, Xtreme Trips staff will be available throughout the duration of the trip including: arrival orientation, hotel check-in/check-out, all onsite day and evening events, and at our 24 hour Room.

How will my student know where all the events/parties are?

An itinerary will emailed prior to the trip, then again during the arrival orientation to let all the students know where and when the events are. This information and schedule is also posted in the lobby of the hotel. On domestic bus trips students will adhere to the scheduled itinerary for the trip.

What are the rules and regulations on your trips?

The basic rules and regulations of our trips include not taking part in any illegal activities, such as underage drinking, underage smoking, or the use of any illegal substances throughout the duration of any of our trips. Respect all staff, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, and event authorities and listen to their directions and rules. No fighting and/or physical or verbal abuse toward anyone while on our trips. Absolutely no property damage will be tolerated on our trips. Any and all charges of this nature shall be passed to the person or persons responsible for the damages. This includes and is not limited to: hotel property(including hotel rooms and hallways), cruise ship and port property, airline or airport property, club and event property, and/or any other person or business's property. Always use the buddy system and have a person with you at all times to ensure your safety. Always notify Xtreme staff of any emergencies or problems as soon as they occur, so that they can assist in resolving them as soon as possible. Always call the numbers on your Emergency Safety Wristbands if you need emergency help or the 24-hour onsite office.

Note: Any hotel room or other property damage will be the sole cost of the Xtreme traveler's parents and/or legal guardian. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions and understand this rule.

When is the final payment due?

Are there additional fees?

There are no hidden fees with Xtreme’s trips.

How do I pay my balance?
