Are Xtreme Graduation trips school sponsored?
The graduation trips that Xtreme Trips offers are not school sponsored because they take place after graduation. Although most of Xtreme’s graduation trips are not school sponsored, we maintain great relationships with administration, teachers, and parents who choose to travel with us each year. Are only seniors allowed to go on the graduation trip?
No, seniors and their guests are invited to participate in our trips. What if I find a better price for the same package?
Xtreme trips stands by our lowest price guarantee, if you find a cheaper price from a legitimate tour operator Xtreme will beat it! Are there any extra fees I should know about?
Yes. There are departure and port taxes and fees that vary by destination and departure city/airport/port. These are included in your total package price and will be itemized on your invoice. When is the Xtreme Cancun Graduation trip?

When traveling to Mexico, you will need either a valid passport, OR an original or certified copy of your birth certificate and a state issued phone ID. What if I will not be 18 years old during my trip?
If you are under 18 at the time of travel, you will need the “Parental letter of Consent for a minor to travel” document, which needs to be signed by both parents and notarized. This must be brought to the airport the day of travel. This form can be found on our website in the trip forms section. How much spending money should I bring?
This depends on your personal spending habits but $50-$100 a day is recommended for food, extra activities, and souvenirs. Should I bring cash, travelers checks, ATM cards, or credit cards on my trip?
Xtreme trips recommends some cash and the rest in travelers’ checks. ATM’s and Western Union are available for a small fee and credit cards are accepted at many restaurants, clubs, and stores. American currency is accepted in Cancun. Who or where should I turn my deposits and registration forms to?
Xtreme student organizers and promoters are available after school to collect trip deposits/payments and registration forms. If you cannot get in touch with your Xtreme promoter or organizer, please don't hold your deposit or payment. Mail it directly to Xtreme's corporate office and always make your check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS (never mail cash).

All final payments must be received by March 15th? What happens if I pay my final balance late?
Reservations not paid in full by the due date will have a late fee of $25 and might end up canceled. Once a reservation is canceled it will only be reinstated if space is available. What is the purpose of giving a trip deposit?
Every Xtreme Trip has sold out since 2002. Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip at the lowest price. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across the United States. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel and airline seats. Xtreme collects deposits on a first come, first serve basis to pay for each person's spot on the trip. Where can I buy my Party Package?
You MUST pre-purchase the Party Package either online or over the phone. If you pay on site the party package will more expensive and you can only pay in Cash or Money Order. It will include all your parties and day events with XTREME TRIPS HS and will include most of your meals and free beverages. What airlines does Xtreme Trips use?
XtremeTrips.com works with major commercial airlines including American, Delta, Continental, United, Air Tran, and Southwest. Xtreme trips also uses dependable charters. All charter airlines are subject to the same maintenance rules and inspections put forth by the FAA and they use such airplanes as Boeing 757s, 737s, and 727s. You will either be flown on a scheduled airline or in seats that we have purchased through a charter airline. What should I pack?
You are going to need to pack lots of bathing suits, sun screen, casual going out clothes (keep them light since it is very hot), hats or visors, sandals, and all your bathroom products. Students love to wear their best party attire on our senior trips. Some nights you will want to dress to impress and guys should bring at least one pair of pants and 1 pair of shoes since some of the night clubs do not allow shorts or flip flops.
Air carriers allow each traveler to bring up to 2 pieces of luggage each measuring no more than 62’ for a maximum of 44 lbs of total baggage, plus one carry on bag that can fit under the seat in front of you. Will someone be at the airport to assist the students?
Xtreme will have arrival staff at the airport, the students will be greeted by the onsite staff as soon as they clear customs and immigration. All Xtreme staff wears bright red Xtremetrips shirts and can be easily seen. How do students get from the airport to the hotel and hotel back to the airport?
Roundtrip bus transfers are included in the package price. Is their adult staff on the trip?
Yes, Xtreme staff is there upon arrival at the airport, at the hotel for the welcome orientation and room check-in, as well as every scheduled event throughout the trip. Xtreme staff will be available 24 hours a day.
