REQUIREMENTS TO BOARD THE BUS:
•$0 Balance with Xtreme Trips HS. You MUST pay your balance online at www.XtremeTripsHS.com by logging into your online account with your email and password no later than Wednesday, May 2nd.
•If you did NOT pay your balance yet, Xtreme Trips Staff will check in everyone FIRST who have paid their balances. IF THERE IS SPACE LEFT, Xtreme Staff will accept Money orders made payable to Xtreme Trips HS at the bus.
NOTE: $10 late fees were already added to overdue accounts on April 23rd, 2007.
•Every traveler needs a valid Picture ID (Driver’s license or school ID) to show Xtreme Trips Staff to board the bus. You can’t give your trip to someone else without notifying Xtreme Trips HS 3 days prior to your trip.
•EVERY TRAVELER NEEDS TO BRING $10 in cash which is given to XTREME TRIPS STAFF FOR: Hotel breakfast on Sunday, bus driver and Xtreme Staff tips.
•Coed Rooming Permission forms collected only if you are doing a coed room. The Coed Rooming Permission slips MUST be notarized! This form is available in the TRIP FORMS section under the Spring Bling 2007 section.
•YOU AND YOUR ROOMMATES MUST BE ON THE SAME BUS!!!
•ONLY go to the Pick-Up LOCATION and Pick-Up TIME for your “School/Group” you signed up with. You will be denied boarding if you show up at the wrong location. You can verify your school/group name and date of travel by emailing hsinfo@xtremetrips.com with your full name.
•Please arrive @ your Bus Pick-Up location 15 Minutes Prior to the Buses Arrival Times listed below.
•NO Alcohol or Illegal substances are allowed. No coolers or large bags are allowed inside the bus.
•NOTICE: ANYONE CAUGHT DOING OR IN POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WILL BE KICKED OFF THE TRIP WITHOUT SUBSEQUENT REFUND AND YOUR PARENTS WILL HAVE TO PICK YOU UP!

HAVE A GREAT TIME!
