Summer Weekend 09 BUS PICK UP LIST AND DEPARTURE DOCS - MANDATORY TO PRINT & READ!!!
3 Days prior to your trip departure date, Xtreme will post your School/Group's bus schedule here! Please make sure to check back 5 days before your trip so that can view the bus schedule. We do not give bus pick-up/drop-off information prior to 3 days prior to your trip.
Xtreme will always have a pick-up location close to where you live at a Mall, Movie theater, or Restaurant Parking Lot unless stated otherwise on your bus schedule. Pick up times are usually very early in the morning, so please make sure you are on time!
REQUIREMENTS TO BOARD THE BUS:
•$0 Balance with Xtreme Trips HS. You MUST pay your balance online at www.XtremeTripsHS.com by logging into your online account with your email and password no later than 3 weeks prior to the trip.
•If you did NOT pay your balance yet, Xtreme Trips Staff will check in everyone FIRST who have paid their balances. IF THERE IS SPACE LEFT ON THE BUS, Xtreme Staff will accept persons with a balance plus the late fee in the form of a Money order made payable to Xtreme Trips HS.
•Every traveler needs a valid Picture ID (Driver’s license or school ID) to show Xtreme Trips Staff to board the bus. You can’t give your trip to someone else without notifying Xtreme Trips HS 3 days prior to your trip.
•EVERY TRAVELER NEEDS TO BRING $10 in cash which is given to XTREME TRIPS STAFF FOR: Hotel breakfast on Sunday, bus driver and Xtreme Staff tips.
•Coed Rooming Permission forms collected only if you are doing a coed room. The Coed Rooming Permission slips MUST be notarized!
•YOU AND YOUR ROOMMATES MUST BE ON THE SAME BUS!!!
•ONLY go to the Pick-Up LOCATION and Pick-Up TIME for your “School/Group” you signed up with. You will be denied boarding if you show up at the wrong location. You can verify your school/group name and date of travel by emailing hsinfo@xtremetrips.com with your full name.
•Please arrive @ your Bus Pick-Up location 15 Minutes Prior to the Buses Arrival Times listed below.
•NO Alcohol or Illegal substances are allowed. No coolers or large bags are allowed inside the bus.
•NOTICE: ANYONE CAUGHT IN POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR WEAPONS WILL BE KICKED OFF THE TRIP WITHOUT SUBSEQUENT REFUND AND THE POLICE WILL BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY!
WE WANT A FUN AND SAFE TRIP... OBEY THE RULES AND FLORIDA'S LAWS OR ELSE PAY THE CONSEQUENCES!
