What is the purpose of giving a trip deposit? Every Xtreme Trip has sold out since 2002. Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip at the lowest price. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across Florida and the Southeast US. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel rooms, bus spots, and event and park tickets. Xtreme collects deposits on a first come, first serve basis to pay for each person’s spot on the trip.
How do I pay for the rest of my trip? Please DO NOT give your final balance payments to the trip promoters/organizers you gave your deposits to. You should always either pay your balance ONLINE by logging into your account OR you can mail in your payment/final balance along with your full name or invoice so we can reference your payment. Remember to never mail cash and always make a check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS.
Why are deposits non-refundable? Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across Florida and the Southeast US. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel, bus, theme park event tickets, and flight and cruise ship space. Xtreme collects deposits to pay for each person’s spot on the trip. These deposits are paid to our vendors and usually become non-refundable to Xtreme once they are paid. Please always read and review the Cancellation and Refund policy located in the terms and conditions of your Xtreme Trip in order to make sure you can afford your trip and have a backup if you can’t go.
How do I get receipts for my deposit and final payment? Xtreme emails an invoice (receipt) once a traveler’s payment and registration form is processed. You can access your personal online trip account to view your payments by logging into your account @ www.XtremeTripsHS.com. Your email is your login and your password will be emailed to you unless you create your own password.
What documents are needed to get on my bus? FOR BUS TRIPS: Xtreme requires a picture ID and a $0 balance for your trip. You will not be able to board the bus unless you have a $0 balance with Xtreme.
How much spending money should I bring? This all depends on your spending habits. Generally speaking, Xtreme suggests you bring at least $25-$50 a day for our bus trips.
What should we pack for our Xtreme Trips? FOR BUS TRIPS: You are allowed only 1 Piece of Luggage under the bus and 1 carry on bag. NO LARGE CARRY ONS are allowed. NO LARGE COOLERS are allowed on the bus or under the bus. You should always pack lightly for our bus trips since they are usually 2 day/1 night weekenders. Good things to bring are your bathing suits and board shorts, sandals, sun screen, 3 changes of clothes including good party attire, hats or visors, shorts, gym shoes for walking throughout the theme parks, your cell phones, and all your bathroom products.
How soon after I deposit can I login to my account online @ www.XtremeTripsHS.com? If you register online, you can immediately begin accessing your account online. Once you have turned in your deposit and registration form to Xtreme promoters and organizers, it typically takes 1-2 weeks in order for Xtreme to receive your deposit and registration form into the office and process your information and payment. Please be patient as our promoters and organizers are working hard to collect everyone’s payments before mailing them into our office.
I changed my email and lost my Login password. I forgot my password, how do I login to my account now? If you changed your email address or lost your account login information, you need to email Xtreme @ HSinfo@XtremeTrips.com. Xtreme will email you back your password.
What do trip promoters and organizers get for collecting all the deposits and registration forms? Xtreme promoters and organizers are the whole reason why Xtreme Trips get organized for your school/group. Xtreme promoters and organizers work diligently for your group in order to make sure that a big group goes on your trip and pays on time. Xtreme offers student and teacher organizers and promoters discounts and VIP treatment for all the hard work they put in trip after trip.
Can we purchase portions of the trip such as hotel stay and park tickets and drive ourselves? Xtreme Trips are EXCLUSIVE only to fully paying Xtreme travelers. We do not sell tickets, hotel rooms, or just roundtrip transportation…we sell the “Xtreme Trip Experience”. We also make sure to know who our travelers are while on our trips. People without our Xtreme Trips Safety wristbands are quickly removed from hotel property and our parties.
What are $10 bus collections and what are they used for? During our bus trip morning check-ins, each traveler is required to pay $10 cash/person to your Xtreme bus staff prior to boarding the bus. The $10 bus collection is used to pay bus driver gratuity (tip), Xtreme Staff gratuity, your hotel breakfast on Sunday morning, and for hotel security gratuity.
Is the school involved in organizing and promoting Xtreme Trips? Most schools are not allowed to promote or organize “non-school sponsored trips”. If a school does promote or organize a trip, it is a school sponsored and teacher chaperoned trip. Xtreme does, however, have relationships with some schools that organize Xtreme Trips and assist their classes in planning their Xtreme Trips.
