General Question Answers
Is the school involved in organizing and promoting Xtreme Trips?
Most schools are not allowed to promote or organize "non-school sponsored trips". If a school does promote or organize a trip, it is a school sponsored and teacher chaperoned trip. Xtreme does, however, have relationships with some schools that organize Xtreme Trips and assist their classes in planning their Xtreme Trips.
Who or where should I turn my deposits and registration forms to?
Xtreme student organizers and promoters are available after school to collect trip deposits/payments and registration forms. If you cannot get in touch with your Xtreme promoter or organizer, please don't hold your deposit or payment. Mail it directly to Xtreme's corporate office and always make your check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS (never mail cash).
Mail your registration form and check or money order to:

1400 E. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 209

What is the purpose of giving a trip deposit?
Every Xtreme Trip has sold out since 2002. Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip at the lowest price. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across Florida and the Southeast US. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel, flight, and cruise ship space. Xtreme collects deposits on a first come, first serve basis to pay for each person's spot on the trip.
How do I pay for the rest of my trip?
Please DO NOT give your final balance payments to the trip promoters/organizers you gave your deposits to. You should always either pay your balance ONLINE by logging into your account OR you can mail in your payment/final balance along with your full name or invoice so we can reference your payment. Remember to never mail cash and always make a check or money order payable to Xtreme Trips HS.
Why are deposits non-refundable?
Trip deposits are collected to insure your space on an Xtreme Trip. Xtreme promotes each of our trips to thousands of students across Florida and the Southeast US. There is always going to be a limited amount of hotel, bus, theme park event tickets, and cruise ship space. Xtreme collects deposits to pay for each person's spot on the trip. These deposits are paid to our vendors and usually become non-refundable to Xtreme once they are paid. Please always read and review the Cancellation and Refund policy located in the terms and conditions of your Xtreme Trip in order to make sure you can afford your trip and have a backup if you can't go.
How do I get receipts for my deposit and final payment?
Xtreme emails an invoice (receipt) once a traveler's payment and registration form is processed. You can access and make copies of your current invoices by logging into your account online account.
What documents are needed to get on my flight, cruise, or bus?
FOR BUS TRIPS: Xtreme requires a picture ID and a $0 balance with Xtreme. You will not be able to board the buses, cruises, or flights unless you have a $0 balance with Xtreme.
FOR XTREME BAHAMAS CRUISE: For our senior trip to the Bahamas, you will be required to print out your travel e-tickets to board. These e-tickets will have your roommates names on them and what hotel you are staying at. Your e-tickets and required travel documents will be emailed to you and available for download once you have logged into your account @ XtremeTripsHS.com. You will not be able to print your travel documents unless you have a $0 balance with Xtreme.
How much spending money should I bring?
This all depends on your spending habits. Generally speaking, Xtreme suggests you bring at least $30-$50 US a day for Grad Trip. American currency is accepted in the Bahamas. Major credit cards are accepted in the Bahamas and ATMS are also available if you need more funds.
What should we pack for our Xtreme Trips?
FOR THE XTREME BAHAMAS GRADUATION CRUISE: The cruise line only allows each traveler to bring 1 pieces of luggage at a maximum of 40 lbs of total baggage and a 2nd checked bag for $15 extra. You are also allowed to bring one small carry on bag. All of this information will be explained in your Required Traveler Documents for the Bahamas Cruise.
Students love to wear their best party attire on our senior trip to the Bahamas. This Bahamas Cruise will keep you busy with a snorkeling trip, 2 other days at the beach and in the sun, and nightly DJ parties. You are going to need to pack lots of bathing suits, sun screen, casual going out clothes (keep them light since it is very hot), hats or visors, sandals, and all your bathroom products.
How soon after I deposit can I login to my account online @ XtremeTripsHS.com?
If you register online, you can immediately begin accessing your account online. Once you have turned in your deposit and registration form to Xtreme promoters and organizers, it will typically take 1-2 weeks in order for Xtreme to receive your deposit and registration form into the office and process your information and payment. Please be patient as our promoters and organizers are working hard to collect everyone's payments before mailing them into our office.
I changed my email and lost my Login password. I forgot my password, how do I login to my account now?
If you changed your email address or lost your account login information, you need to email Xtreme @
HSinfo@XtremeTrips.com
with all of your new information. Xtreme will issue you a new password and login information.
What do trip promoters and organizers get for collecting all the deposits and registration forms?
Xtreme promoters and organizers are the whole reason why Xtreme Trips get organized for your school/group. Xtreme promoters and organizers work diligently for your group in order to make sure that a big group goes on your trip and pays on time. Xtreme offers organizers and promoters discounts off their trip for all the hard work they put in trip after trip.
Can we purchase portions of the trip such as hotel or flight only?
Yes...just call or email us your request and we research a hotel or flight only package for you.
Parent Question Answers
Are Xtreme staff present onsite at each destination and events?
Xtreme staff are present at every destination we organizer trips for. Xtreme staff stay at the same hotel as the students but security and off-duty police are the persons in charge of security and managing students at the hotel. Our staff work extremely hard during the day and night and need time to rest. Since staff are trained volunteers and not security personnel, we hire off duty and security staff to oversee student's safety at the hotel and at their events.
Do students select their own roommates?
Xtreme student travelers always select their own roommates. For senior grad trips, Xtreme promoters and organizers are required to fill out a rooming list based on the students who have paid in full. It is the student's responsibility to make sure they have their other roommates. If the student's roommates cancel, they are responsible for finding new roommates and paying for price increases due to having fewer roommates.
The total price of our trips is "per person" and based on a quad-occupancy room (4 paid in full travelers in a room). Double and Triple occupancy rooming is available for an additional amount per person.
Xtreme does not assume responsibility for the additional costs if student travelers do not have enough roommates. Please make sure that your student knows exactly whom they will be rooming with and make sure you are ok with who their roommates are.
What happens if a student gets sick or hurt?
Xtreme staff will assist as much as possible to help sick or hurt travelers.
What are the rules and regulations on your trips?
The basic rules and regulations of our trips are to not do any illegal activities such as underage drinking or smoking. Respect all staff, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, and event authorities and listen to their directions and rules. No fighting or physical or verbal abuse with anyone while on our trip. Absolutely no property damage of any property on our trips including hotel property(including hotel rooms and hallways), cruise ship and port property, airline or airport property, club and event property, and/or any other person or business's property. Always use the buddy system and have a person with you at all times to ensure your safety. Always notify Xtreme staff of any emergencies or problems so they can assist in resolving issues or problems. Always call the numbers on your emergency Safety Wristbands if you need emergency help.
Note: Any hotel room or other property damage will be the sole cost of the Xtreme traveler's parents and/or legal guardian. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions and understand this rule.
